Soapbox Engage's Donations app enables organizations to keep track of recurring donations that are processed by their payment gateway.  In some situations, an administrator may need to find the subscription ID for a recurring donation series to cross-reference in their payment gateway.

This article outlines how to find a subscription ID to further query information within a payment gateway.

Steps

1. Login to the Soapbox Engage administrator.
2. Go to Donations > Subscriptions.
3. On the Subscriptions page, enter either the email address or the last name of the donor and click the Return key.
4. In the results, click on the name of the appropriate recurring donation ("subscription").
5. On the subscription page, in the Subscription Information section, note the value for the Subscription ID field.

With the Subscription ID now in hand, use this to query the payment gateway to find any additional details about the subscription that might be needed.
