There is a known issue with the Salutation value in the Attendee Information form saving locally to Soapbox but failing to save to the Ticket Temp and Ticket record in Salesforce.
Our product team is working to resolve this issue. We look forward to updating Soapbox with a fix in the near future.
Alternatives and workarounds
As an alternative to ensure that the Salutation value is saved to Soapbox and to Salesforce, you may choose to create a custom Salutation field to include on the Attendee Information form for an event.
To do so, you'll need to create the custom field in Salesforce first on both the Ticket Temp and Ticket objects and then add it to the Attendee Information form for the event.
