Automatically populating the first event ticket with orderer information


In the Soapbox Engage Events app, event organizers have the option to streamline their registration process by automatically filling in the first ticket with the name and email address of the person placing the order. This article provides a step-by-step guide on enabling this feature to facilitate a more efficient event setup.

  1. Login to the Soapbox Engage administrator.
  2. Navigate to Events > Configuration > Attendee Info tab > Setup section.
  3. Set the Autofill Ticket Holder from Orderer Info option to "Yes".
  4. Click the Save button.
