Confirmation messages for P2P pages created by the Events app

Summary

This update builds on a recent Events app enhancement that enables automatic creation of unique peer-to-peer fundraising pages for event registrants when they sign up for an Event linked to a P2P Donations campaign.

Now, when a new Soapbox Engage user account or a P2P fundraising page is created through the Events app, confirmation emails will be sent to the user.
