When you add a picklist field type as a Custom Salesforce Field to the Attendee Information form of an event, you have the option to exclude specific picklist options that are in Salesforce from appearing in the picklist when shown on the Soapbox registration form.
To exclude picklist values from a Custom Salesforce Field on an Attendee Information form:
- Open the Event containing the custom picklist Salesforce Element you wish to update
- Click the Attendee Info tab
- Scroll down to the Custom Salesforce Fields section
- Click the edit button of the picklist Salesforce Element
- Scroll down to the bottom of the modal popup
- For any item you wish to exclude, tick the exclude checkbox
- Click Save for the modal popup
- Click Save
