Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!In the Donations app, you have the option of allowing a visitor to complete their payment off-site directly with PayPal. If you enable this option, a confirmation email will be sent immediately when they submit the donation form on Soapbox and before they complete payment with PayPal.
If you wish to disable the confirmation email from Soapbox in instances where a visitor choose to complete payment off-site with PayPal:
- Open the Configuration for the Donations app
- Click the Message tab
- For Send Email for Paypal Standard, choose No
- Click Save
