Can I accept bank transfers / ACH / EFT with the Donations app?

Any site that uses Authorize.net as its payment process can process bank transfers (or eChecks, EFT, ACH) using the Donations app. This is true for one-time payments, monthly recurring subscriptions, and annual recurring subscriptions.

Bank transfers are not supported by Soapbox for other payment processors aside from Authorize.net at this time.
