Prior to this release, in the Soapbox Engage Actions app, the reply-to email address was always set as the organization’s global email address within Soapbox Engage. With this release, administrators can now customize the reply-to email to be the supporter's email address or an app-wide email address. This allows you to drive feedback where you want it and where it’s most impactful.
