Selecting a site template for a specific event


If your site has multiple custom templates created by Soapbox or multiple standard templates managed in the Template Designer, you can choose to have a specific event use one of those templates rather than the default template for the site. This causes the event detail, event registration, and registration confirmation pages for the event to be rendered with the selected template.

To select one of your custom templates for an event:

  • Open the event for which you wish to select a template
  • Click the Edit tab
  • Click the Parameters (View) to open that section of the form
  • For Event Template, select the template you wish to apply to this event. If you wish to have the event use the default template applied to the site or the menu item for the event, select Default.
  • Click Save
