How you view and manage Shop Orders in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:
To view and manage Shop Orders, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Shop app tile and then the Orders menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Shop > Orders; or c) type "Orders" in the search field and click Shop > Orders in All Items in the results.
For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:
To view and manage Orders within the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator, go to the Shop Stores module on the home page of the administrator and click View All. In the Stores Manager, click the Orders tab. From the Orders Manager, you can view, search, and sort Orders in the Shop app.
You can also click Shop in the main menu. From the Control Panel the opens, click the Orders tab.
For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:
To view and manage Orders within the Soapbox CMS administrator, go to Components > Soapbox Shop > Orders in the main menu. From the Orders Manager, you can view, search, and sort Orders in the Shop app.
