When you open the URL of a Fundraising Live Display, the display shows the following elements based on the settings you configured in the administrator and in the display's own Settings panel.
Display title and subtitle
The title you entered in the Title field appears prominently on the left side of the display. If you entered a subtitle, it appears directly below the title.
Funds raised and fundraising goal
The total raised appears below the title under a Funds raised label. A horizontal progress bar below it shows how close the total is to the fundraising goal, with the percentage reached and the goal amount beneath the bar.
Note: The total combines donations from the Donation pages linked to the display and paddle raise commitments recorded against the auction linked to the display. If your total looks higher than your Donations reporting, paddle raise commitments are the likely reason.
Most recent donation
The most recent gift appears in a highlighted area on the left side of the display, updating automatically as new gifts are received. It shows the amount and the giver's first name and last initial — for example, "Jane D." Paddle raise commitments appear here too, not only donations.
Donor stream
A scrolling list of recent givers appears on the right side of the display, updating automatically. Each entry shows a name and an amount, with names again shown as first name and last initial.
Paddle raise commitments appear in this stream as their own cards. When the display is set to designate paddle raise commitments, those cards are styled distinctly and show the giving level they were recorded against.
What is shown per donor — name, bidder number, or both — is set with the Display Option control in the Settings panel.
Organization logo
If you set Display Organization Logo to Yes, your organization's logo appears in the upper left of the display.
QR code
If you set Display QR Code to Yes and selected a Donation Page for QR Code, a QR code appears in the left region of the display, beside the title and goal, with a Scan to Donate label. The destination address appears as text beneath the code. Donors can scan the code to go directly to the linked Donation page.
Note: The QR code sits to the left of the donor stream. If the donor stream is switched off, the remaining elements spread out and the code sits further right.
Milestone celebrations
As the total climbs, the display celebrates at 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of the goal. A banner slides down across the top of the screen reading "We've reached 50% of our goal!", confetti falls, and the progress bar pulses. The banner stays for about ten seconds and then slides away. Each milestone fires once.
Paddle raise level banner
While a paddle raise giving level is active and Display Paddle Raise Level is enabled in the Settings panel, a banner across the top of the display shows the level currently being called — its name and its amount.
The banner follows the auction. When you activate the next level from the auction's Paddle Raise tab, the banner updates on its own.
Paddle raise spotlight
When a commitment is recorded for exactly the active giving level's amount, a large spotlight fills the centre of the display showing that amount and the giver's first name and last initial, then fades after a moment.
Note: The spotlight is deliberately reserved for gifts at the level being called. A commitment for a different amount — including a larger one — appears in the donor stream and the totals, but does not trigger the spotlight.
Sponsors bar
If Show scrolling sponsors is enabled in the Settings panel, a scrolling bar of sponsors appears along the bottom of the display. Sponsors come from the auction linked to the display.
Powered by Soapbox Engage
A "Powered by Soapbox Engage" logo appears in the lower right of the display.
