Boost recurring donations this giving season with the upsell prompt!With the Auctions app, you can export a CSV file of all winning bids for an auction. The export includes item details, fulfillment status, payment status, and winning bidder contact and shipping information.
To export winning bids:
- Open the Auctions Manager.
- Click the title of the auction you want to export.
- Click the Winning Bids tab.
- Click Export.
- A CSV file is downloaded to your device. The file name includes the auction name.
The exported CSV file includes the following columns:
- Item ID
- Item Name
- Fulfilled (Yes / No)
- Fair Market Value
- Sold Price
- Shipping Costs
- Total Amount (sum of Sold Price and Shipping Costs)
- Paid Status (Paid / Unpaid)
- Winning Bidder ID
- Winning Bidder Number
- Winner First Name
- Winner Last Name
- Winner Email
- Winner Mobile Number
- Winner Shipping Address
- Winner Shipping City
- Winner Shipping State
- Winner Shipping Postal Code
- Winner Shipping Country
