With a recent release, we've added a new enhancement designed to help prevent spam and protect your fundraising environment.
This release introduces a Banned Words feature within Soapbox Engage. A list of banned words can now be configured to block:
New user registrations
Peer-to-peer fundraising page creation
If any submitted content contains one or more of the specified words, the action will be prevented automatically.
This update provides a simple but powerful way to reduce unwanted or malicious activity and protect the integrity of your platform.
Want to Add Banned Words to Your Site?
The Banned Words list is managed by the Soapbox Engage team. To request words be added to your site's Banned Words list, please submit a support ticket and let us know which words you'd like blocked.
