Overview
You've created your event and are ready to go live, but one or more of your tickets aren't appearing on the event page.
There are several settings that can prevent a ticket from being displayed. Before contacting Soapbox Support, review the items below to make sure your event and tickets are configured correctly.
What Should I Check?
Sales Expiration Date
First, check the Sales Expiration Date for the ticket. This is the most common reason a ticket is no longer visible.
If the Sales Expiration Date is set to a date in the past, the ticket will no longer appear on the event page. Update the date to allow ticket sales to continue.
Event > Edit tab > Ticket Information > (click to edit ticket) > Sales Expiration Date > Save
Ticket Access Level
Check the ticket's Access Level and confirm that it is set to Public.
Tickets with another Access Level will not be publicly displayed on the event page.
Event > Edit tab > Ticket Information > (click to edit ticket) > Access Level > Public > Save
Ticket Published Status
Confirm that the ticket is published.
Unpublished tickets will not appear on the event page, even if the other ticket settings are configured correctly.
Event > Edit tab > Ticket Information > (view the "PUB" column) > Confirm it has a Green check mark
Event Capacity
Check whether the event has been marked At Capacity.
When an event is At Capacity, tickets will no longer be available for purchase on the event page.
Event > Edit tab > Ticket Information > (just below the Ticket table) check Set Event as At Capacity = No
Still Not Seeing Your Tickets?
If you've reviewed all of the settings above and your ticket still isn't appearing, submit a ticket and include the following information with your request:
- Mention that you've completed the troubleshooting steps in this article.
- Include a link to the event in question.
- Let us know whether one ticket or all tickets are missing.
- If only one ticket is affected, include the name of that ticket.
Providing this information will help our Support team investigate the issue more quickly.
