A guest checked in by mistake — the wrong row tapped, or a code scanned twice — can be put back to not-arrived without leaving the attendee list.
To reverse a check-in:
- Tap Events in the app, or tap Check in guests on the Home screen.
- Tap the event you are working.
- Tap the Attendee list button at the top of the screen.
- Find the guest, searching by name, email address, or ticket number if the list is long.
- Tap Undo on their row.
The row returns to not-arrived and the checked-in count goes back down.
Important: A check-in can only be reversed while the event is running. Once an event has ended, its check-ins are settled and the option is no longer offered.
What a reversal records
A reversal is recorded rather than erased. Your records show that the guest was checked in and that the check-in was later reversed, along with who did each. This is deliberate — it means a mistake at a busy door leaves an honest trail rather than a gap.
Checking someone back in
A guest whose check-in was reversed can be checked in again normally, by scan or from the list.
