Anyone running a door wants the same two numbers: how many guests have arrived, and how many are still to come. Soapbox Engage Onsite shows both without leaving the check-in screen.
On the event list
Each event shows a checked-in count against its total, so a team covering more than one event can see at a glance which door needs help.
On the attendee list
Three filters sit above the guest list:
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | Every guest |
| Checked In | Guests who have arrived, with the count |
| Remaining | Guests still to arrive, with the count |
Remaining is the one to use late in an event. It answers "who are we still waiting for" directly, and it is far quicker than scrolling the whole list looking for unmarked rows.
Keeping the numbers current
Several staff working the same door each see their own screen, so counts can drift apart for a moment.
- Pull down on the list to refresh it.
- Or tap Refresh above the list.
Note: Refresh after a busy burst if two people are working the same door. The numbers reconcile as soon as either screen refreshes — nothing is lost, the other device simply has not caught up yet.
Using the numbers during the event
- A Remaining count that has stopped falling while guests are still arriving usually means someone is admitting people without checking them in.
- A checked-in count well below your expected attendance an hour in is worth knowing before the room is seated, not afterwards.
