Boost recurring donations this giving season with the upsell prompt!With the Auctions app, each auction shows only the tabs for what it includes. If a tab you expect is missing, the auction's What's in this auction settings are almost always the reason. The Details, Menu & Pages, Bidders and Checkouts tabs always appear, and Overview appears once the auction is saved.
Which setting shows each tab

Checking and changing the settings
To check what an auction includes:
- Open the Auctions Manager.
- Click the title of the auction.
- Click the Details tab.
- In the What's in this auction section, below General, find the setting for the missing tab.
- Select Yes.
- Click Save.
The tabs change after you save. Nothing was deleted while the setting was No, so the tab comes back with everything that was in it.
The Fulfillments tab
The Fulfillments tab follows two things. It always appears while People Bid on Items is Yes. When bidding is off, it appears only once at least one item in the auction tracks fulfillment. Silent and live bidding items always track fulfillment, and so does any item with Requires Shipping set to Yes. Fixed Price items track it only when Track Fulfillment is Yes.
So an auction that only sells items at a set price, with none of them tracked, has no Fulfillments tab. To show it, open an item you hand over on the Items tab, set Track Fulfillment to Yes, and click Save. See Understanding the Fulfillments tab.
An old link opens a different tab
A saved link or bookmark to a tab that is now hidden opens the auction's first tab, Overview, instead. Turn the setting back on to reach that tab again.
A setting won't turn off
If you want a tab hidden but the setting stays at Yes after you save, the auction is using it. Your other changes are saved, and a message explains why, for example "Paddle raise" can't be cleared: this auction has paddle raise levels or pledges. Bids, orders, paddle raise levels or pledges, and sponsors or sponsor levels each keep their setting on. See Choosing what's in an auction.
The Bidders and Fulfillments screens in the app menu
The Auctions app menu no longer has its own Bidders and Fulfillments screens. An old link to either opens the Auctions Manager. Use the Bidders and Fulfillments tabs on each auction instead.
