Hiding the Type column and the Amount on the My Order Detail view

With the Events app, you can choose whether the My Order Detail view shows each ticket's type, each ticket's price and the order's amount. Hiding them is useful for free tables and sponsorships, where a ticket level or "$0.00" could confuse a purchaser or their guests.

To show or hide them for an event:

1. Open the Events Manager.
2. Click the title of the event.
3. Click the Edit tab.
4. In the Self-Service section, for My Order Detail Type Column, select Show or Hide.
5. For My Order Detail Price Column, select Show or Hide.
6. For My Order Detail Amount, select Show or Hide. This is the "Amount:" line in the order details above the tickets.
7. Click Save.

All three are set to Show unless you change them. Your choices apply both when a purchaser signs in to My Event Orders and when they open their order from a guest details link.

Note: In the same section you can rename the Ticket Holder, Type, Price and Details column headings.
