Viewing Recurring Upsell Metrics

Summary

This release supports the Recurring Upsell release, which adds support for triggering a recurring donation upsell prompt to help convert one-time donations into monthly subscriptions.

Now, Soapbox can record which option (one-time or recurring) a donor chooses in the recurring upsell prompt. Admins may also search and filter donations by this option as well, easily viewing which donors opted in to a recurring donation from the Transaction detail view.
