Enabling State and Country Picklists in the Events app for Salesforce integration


The Events app supports the enabling of State and Country Picklists in Salesforce for both standard event registrations and Events shopping cart registrations..

If you wish to enable State and Country Picklists in Salesforce, follow the process outlined by Salesforce. Once done, login to Soapbox to update its settings in Events as follows:

  1. Open the Configuration for the Events app
  2. Click the Integrations tab
  3. For Salesforce State and Country Picklist Enablement, select Yes
  4. Click Save
  5. Clear your cache
