Enhanced admin management of peer-to-peer Fundraising Pages

With the latest release of Soapbox, we radically expanded admin management features for peer-to-peer Fundraising Pages in the Donations app. These new features include the following - with links to their knowledge base articles for further detail:

• Manage Fundraising Pages for peer-to-peer campaigns by editing, deleting, publishing or unpublishing them
• Search and sort Fundraising Pages in Fundraising Pages view to easily find the page you're looking for
• Review Fundraising Page progress at-a-glance with the goal, amount raised, percent of the goal raised, and total number of supporters displayed for each page
• Easily view the front end of a Fundraising Page by clicking a link on the edit view of the Fundraising Page
• View and update the photo for a given Fundraising Page
• Quickly access the Fundraiser Soapbox User account for a Fundraising Page directly from the Fundraising Page tab
• Easily access the parent campaign Donation form for a Fundraising Page directly from the Fundraising Page tab
