Viewing your bids, favorites, and orders

updated

Once you are signed in to an auction, the account menu in the auction header gives you three ways to keep track of what you are bidding on, what you have saved, and what you owe.

Click the account menu to reach My Bids, Favorites, My Orders and My Preferences.

My Bids

Shows the items you have bid on, so you can check where you stand without hunting through the full item grid.

This is a filtered view of the auction's items rather than a separate page — the auction stays around you, and clearing the filter returns you to everything.

If you have not bid yet, the page invites you to place your first bid.

Favorites

Shows the items you have saved with the heart icon on an item card or item page. Use it to build a shortlist before bidding opens, then work through it once the auction is live.

Favoriting requires an account — if you are not signed in when you tap the heart, you are asked to sign in first, and the item is saved once you do.

My Orders

Your money page for this auction. It has three parts:

  • Auction wins — items you have won
  • Fixed-price items — anything you bought outright with Buy Now
  • Donations — any donation you made through the auction

Each part shows what you owe or have paid, marked Paid or Unpaid, with a Total balance so you can see everything outstanding in one figure.

Each section says so plainly when there is nothing in it, so an empty heading is not a sign something has gone wrong.

Note: My Orders covers the auction you are currently in. If you take part in more than one auction, each has its own.
