Boost recurring donations this giving season with the upsell prompt!With the Auctions app, once you are signed in to an auction, the account menu in the auction header lets you keep track of what you are bidding on, what you have saved, what you have won or bought, and what you owe.
Click the account menu to reach My Bids, Favorites, My Orders, My Preferences and My Checkout.
Which of these you see depends on how your organizer set up the auction. My Bids appears only at auctions that offer bidding, and My Orders only at auctions that sell items at a set price or offer Buy Now. Favorites, My Preferences and My Checkout are always there once you are signed in.
My Bids
Shows the items you have bid on, so you can check where you stand without hunting through the full item grid.
This is a filtered view of the auction's items rather than a separate page — the auction stays around you, and clearing the filter returns you to everything.
If you have not bid yet, the page invites you to place your first bid.
My Bids appears only at auctions that offer bidding.
Favorites
Shows the items you have saved with the heart icon on an item card or item page. Use it to build a shortlist before bidding opens, then work through it once the auction is live.
Favoriting requires an account — if you are not signed in when you tap the heart, you are asked to sign in first, and the item is saved once you do.
My Orders
Lists what is coming to you from this auction, so you can see it at a glance. It has three parts:
- Auction wins — items you have won
- Fixed-price items — anything you bought outright with Buy Now
- Donations — any donation you made through the auction
Each part says so plainly when there is nothing in it, so an empty heading is not a sign something has gone wrong.
To see what you owe and to pay it, use My Checkout.
If My Orders isn't in your menu
My Orders appears only at auctions that sell items at a set price or offer Buy Now. At other auctions:
- Items you win are listed on My Checkout, under Auction wins.
- A donation you make through the auction's Donate link is paid and receipted when you give it, so it does not appear on My Checkout.
My Checkout
Your statement for this auction. It shows everything you have won, bought and pledged, any sales tax and processing fees, what you have already paid, and the balance still due. You pay your balance from here, and you can report anything that looks wrong.
My Checkout is in the account menu at every auction once you are signed in as a bidder, even before you have bid on or bought anything.
